Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join a public sector organisation, to support schemes for customers over the age of 55.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Scheme Manager:

• Support designated schemes for customers over the age of 55 to help customers to live as independently as possible
• Carry out daily checks and complete handovers to team members
• Liaise with third party agencies
• Complete support plans and risk assessments
• Ensure safeguarding

Essential Requirements of the Scheme Manager:

• Driving Licence (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS
